I worked with the 6th Form Art students to create the two triptychs on the themes of Landscape and Figure, which linked with their curriculum. The students came up with all the ideas and reference themselves, then spent lesson time and a lot of their free time helping to paint. Everything was being done on a scale they weren’t used to so it was a very valuable experience for them. I really enjoyed working with them and think the end result is really impressive.
